GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using the Vuffy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "application"), including the services provided through the application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Terms of use). The Terms of use govern the use of the application and services. The Terms of use constitute a binding contract between the user and Krauftech OÜ, a company
registered in the Republic of Estonia, registration
code 16337954, legal address Pärnu county, Pärnu city, Lõuna tn 8, 80011. The Terms of use are in addition to any other terms and policies applied by the app store provider from which you download the app. Before using the application, please read these Terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of use, please do not use the application and delete it from your device. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@vuffy.ee.
SERVICE AND SERVICE PACKAGES
4.1 The "Vuffy" service is an application aimed at pet owners to keep the user informed about the health and well-being of their pet. The purpose of the application is to simplify the daily life of pet owners.
4.2 The service is free or paid, and it is possible to pay in monthly installments according to our price list, which is available in the application. The price list is also available on the website www.vuffy.ee. Prices include all applicable taxes.
4.3 Krauftech OÜ may make changes to the price list, but we will notify you of the changes via the application and e-mail. If you do not want to continue using the service based on the new price list, you have the right to cancel the order.
4.4 The operation of the Services may be affected from time to time by technical or other problems, and the operation of the Service may not always be uninterrupted and error-free.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
2.1 To use the application, you must create a user
account (hereinafter "account"). To create an account,
you must agree to these Terms of use and privacy
conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of use and privacy or do not agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with our privacy terms, you will not be able to create an account or use the service we provide.
2.2 You can read the privacy terms of the application in our application, which describes how we collect, store and process your personal data when using the application and service.
2.3 The application will be installed on your device. Data stored in the application is stored on your device and on our servers. To ensure the security of the application, we use the following technical protection measures password, usage fee, data encryption.
2.4 The application is compatible with mobile devices with an Android or Apple iOS operating system.
2.5 We make our best efforts to keep the data transmitted through the application secure, but please note that data transmission over the Internet is never completely secure and third parties may gain access to the data.
2.6 We reserve the right to change the Terms of use.
We will inform you of the changes with a notification
through the application or by e-mail. Before continuing
to use the service with the updated Terms of use, please read and agree to the Terms of use.
ACCOUNT
3.1 When registering an account, you must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself. If your data changes, it must also be changed in the application and always kept up to date. If you do not provide correct information, you will not be able to create an account.
3.2. You agree to keep your username and password confidential and agree to be solely responsible for any actions, actions and damages resulting from any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 You hereby release Krauftech OÜ from any
liability if the access and use of your account has
fallen into the hands of third parties.
PAYMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
5.1 It is possible to purchase the service with a monthly basis contract.
5.2 When choosing a contract with monthly basis installments, the user pays for the use of the service in advance for 1 calendar month.
5.3 Payments made through the "Vuffy" application
in the Android system are mediated by Stipe. Payments made through the iOS mobile application are mediated by Apple Inc or Stripe.
5.4 The prices can be viewed within the application and on the website www.vuffy.ee.
5.5 It is possible to cancel the order at any time. When canceling the order, the subscription fee paid for the selected service package will not be refunded. The service can be used until the end of the prepaid subscription period.
